Lunar Eclipse, Dreams, Volcanoes - even more Signs of the Times

Last night the world saw a Total Lunar Eclipse, the first to fall on the northern winter solstice in nearly 400 years! The pictures we saw reminded us of the incredible prophetic chapter in the book of Joel; it describes the coming of GOD's judgment on the Earth. While reading the captions below, keep in mind that Joel would have lived in Israel around 800 BC, he would have most likely never seen this type of eclipse and certainly not a volcano. So how was he able to describe them so vividly?  The words Joel spoke were prophetic, to describe these things, they would have to be from GOD. (on a side note if you were a prophet in those days and the things you predicted weren't true, you were killed...)  If you read carefully it seems the words were meant for an audience that belong to a time where all these events could easily be seen by the whole world. (via internet,television,technology..)
JOEL 2 - The Day of the LORD
28 “And afterward,
I will pour out my Spirit on all people.
Your sons and daughters will prophesy,
your old men will dream dreams,
your young men will see visions.
29 Even on my servants, both men and women,
I will pour out my Spirit in those days.

Throughout the Muslim world men and women without
knowledge of the gospel or contact among Christians
have experienced dreams and visions of Jesus Christ.

30 I will show wonders in the heavens
   and on the earth,
blood and fire and billows of smoke.

Volcanic Eruptions like recently in Indonesia this picture
literally appears to be blood fire and billows of smoke..

31 The sun will be turned to darkness
   and the moon to blood
before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD.

This picture from the MSNBC Photo blog says it how it is..
notice how the passage says "before the coming of the day"
32 And everyone who calls
   on the name of the LORD will be saved;
for on Mount Zion and in Jerusalem
   there will be deliverance,
   as the LORD has said,
even among the survivors
   whom the LORD calls.
Paul makes the same statement in Romans 10:13
"Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will; be saved "
through Jesus Christ we're saved from eternal death, notice how the passage
says "even among the survivors" in reference to a second death, which is Hell.
Once again prophetic, 800 year before Jesus existence.
